- One cup of sea salt
- One cup of Epsom salt
- Two cups of baking soda
- Several drops of any essential oil
Place all the ingredients in boiling water pot and stir well until dissolved. Leave it for 15-20 minutes to cool down and then soak the feet for a good half an hour. This foot bath soothes your skin, detoxes your body, and battles body fatigue.
